Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Agent Ammo (the “service”), operated by Cognio AI Tech Private Limited (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Agent Ammo provides agent skills by subscription. Each project you create gets its own copy of a skill, served to your AI agent over MCP, which adapts from your edits, answers and measured results. Outputs are produced by AI models and can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing what you publish or send.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in and project keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Trials, subscriptions and billing
- Each skill can be tried free for 14 days on one project, without a card.
- After that, a skill is billed per project, per month, through Dodo Payments, in US dollars, until you cancel. Cancelling stops renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Prices can change with at least 30 days’ notice. Fair use is about 300 runs per project per month; we will contact you before limiting heavy use.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you and your agent put into the service and of the outputs it produces for you. You give us the permission needed to store and process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete any project at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, mislead people, or attempt to access other customers’ data or disrupt the service.
Connected apps
Connections to third-party apps are made through Composio and are read-only. Your use of those apps remains subject to their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid skill you will be refunded for the unused period.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On closure we delete your data as set out in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
