Privacy policy

Agent Ammo is operated by Cognio AI Tech Private Limited (“Cognio Labs”, “we”), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use www.agent-ammo.com and the Agent Ammo MCP server, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture as Google provides them. We never receive your Google password.
- Project details: the answers you give when you create a project (for example your business name, audience and voice).
- Runs: the tasks your agent sends, the outputs it writes, the edited versions you ship, ratings, comments and answers about how an output performed. These are what each project’s skill learns from.
- Connected apps: if you connect an app (for example Google Search Console or LinkedIn) through our provider Composio, we read the data the skill needs, read-only, to measure results for your outputs. We never post, send or delete anything in your apps.
- Agent hook events: when you install our Claude Code plugin, its hooks send event names and run identifiers only, never the content of your session.
- Billing: payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We receive your subscription status and the number of projects you pay for, not your card details.
How we use it
- To run the service: serve each project’s skill, check outputs, and learn lessons and settings for that project.
- To improve shared skills: if a project allows it (the default, which you can switch off per project), an abstract rule that at least three separate customers learned independently may be offered to similar projects. Your text, data, links and contact details never leave your project.
- To sign you in, send sign-in links, and handle your subscription.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Google user data
When you sign in with Google we request only the basic scopes (openid, email, profile) to identify you. Data obtained from Google is used only to create and secure your account, and its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers
We use Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (database, AI models and email), OpenRouter (AI models), Composio (app connections) and Dodo Payments (billing). They process data on our behalf only to provide their services.
Retention
- Full texts of runs: 180 days, then deleted.
- Lessons, settings and scores: for as long as the project exists.
- You can export any project as JSON, or delete it, at any time from the project’s settings. Deleting a project deletes what it learned.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or close your account, by writing to ashutosh@thealgohype.com. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Each project has its own revocable keys; integration secrets are encrypted at rest; connected apps are read-only; and everything a project learns is versioned so it can be rolled back.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
