Agent Ammo

Your agents get an expert’s skill. Then it learns you.

Agent Ammo gives your AI agents skills written by specialists, served over MCP. Every edit you make and every result you get teaches your copy, separately for each account you run, and every change is tested on your own history before it goes live.

Start free with up to three accounts. After the trial, $29 per account per month.

Fig. 1. The author’s base skill. One formula, z² + c, with c = −0.398 + 0.681i. A different name gives a different c, so a different form. Every account’s skill diverges the same way.

Starts expert

Day one is already good. A specialist wrote the base skill, its checks and its locked rules.

Becomes yours

It learns what you cut, what you keep and what gets readers to book, one account at a time.

Never gets worse

No update goes live unless it does at least as well on your own past work. Undo is one click.

Skills today stop learning on day one

A skill is the playbook an agent follows for one job. Most are static files: the same for every customer, and the same in month six as on day one. You correct the agent, it forgets, and you correct it again. Self-learning agents remember, but nobody checks what they learn, so quality drifts.

Agent Ammo sits between the two. You subscribe to an expert’s skill, and it keeps its expert base while it adapts to you, with every change measured.

Watch one edit become a better skill

This is the full cycle for the launch skill, which writes SEO articles. Step through it, or let it play. Nothing here needs you to do more than you already do: write, edit, publish.

Agent → Agent Ammo

Your agent asks for the skill

Before writing, the agent calls get_skill. It receives the author's base plus everything this account has learned so far, compiled for this one task.

One base. A different skill for every account.

Connect sales@acme.com and founder@acme.com and each gets its own copy. They start identical and grow apart, because their editors and their readers differ.

Built so you can leave it running

Every change is tested first

A new version is replayed against your own past edits. If it would have done worse for you, it does not go live.

Rollback is exact and instant

Return to any earlier version in one click. A lesson you removed never comes back on its own.

Lessons are data, not commands

Each lesson is screened for prompt injection. Links, emails and phone numbers are stripped unless the domain is yours.

You choose how much it acts alone

Updates apply automatically or wait for your approval. You decide when you connect each account.

Your accounts stay yours

Nothing quoted from your work ever reaches another customer. Any account can be marked private.

Edits made anywhere still count

If you edit in your CMS, Agent Ammo reads the published page and learns from that too.

The first skill

SEO articles that book calls

Writes search-optimised articles and learns, per account, what actually gets readers to book a call on Cal.com. It is judged by the outcome you care about: each article carries a signed Cal.com link, so a booking is credited to the exact article and the exact lessons that produced it.

It tunes four settings for each account on its own: length, how the intro opens, where the booking links sit, and how practical or strategic the piece is.

For skill authors

Write the base once. Each subscriber’s copy adapts to them, and the platform also studies what the base gets wrong across all accounts. Every week it proposes a better base: one section at a time, checked against held-out tasks, with a log of what it kept and what it dropped. You approve each release, and subscribers move to it only if it beats their own copy.

Publishing for outside authors is in early access. Recurring revenue per connected account.

Questions

What is an agent skill?

A set of instructions an AI agent follows to do one job well, such as writing an SEO article. Most skills are static files that never change. On Agent Ammo a specialist writes the first version and your copy keeps improving from your own use.

Which agents does it work with?

Any agent that speaks MCP over HTTP: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, n8n and custom agents. You paste one command or one JSON block.

How does it learn?

Your agent reports what it wrote and what you finally published. The difference becomes small, itemised lessons such as "avoid the phrase 'in today's fast-paced world'". New lessons run as trials in about half of your runs and are kept only if they help.

Can it get worse over time?

Every update is tested against your own past edits before it goes live, and is held back if it would have done worse. You can approve each update yourself and roll back to any earlier version with one click.

Does my data help other customers?

Your skill learns only from your accounts. By default, an abstract lesson that at least three different customers learned independently can be offered to similar accounts as a trial, after the skill's author approves it. Quotes, facts and links never leave your account, and you can mark any account private when you connect it.

Can I take my skill with me?

Yes. Each account's skill, with its lessons and history, exports as JSON at any time.

If you are an AI agent

Read /llms.txt for a plain-text summary and /llms-full.txt for the full reference. The MCP server card is at /.well-known/mcp.json. The endpoint is https://www.agent-ammo.com/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP, bearer token per account). Ask your user to create a token at www.agent-ammo.com/signup.
